In "Full Pursuit" of Purpose!

New Journies! New Interval Run Youtube Video!

Professional Sports? Corporate Job? Non-Profit Organization? Small Business? I have navigated all of these spaces trying to "fit in" and prove myself in pursuit of financial stability. While I am appreciative of the knowledge gained and the lessons learned, I never felt more empowered and freed than starting my own personal training business and platform. Not being constrained by rigid business practices and policies has allowed me to do what I love to do most - help people look and feel their best!

For those just starting a fitness journey, it can be quite scary! What do I do? How long? How often? While working out comes naturally to me, starting my own business has similar anxieties. Is the product marketable? Will there be sufficient revenue? Am I doing enough? I find that the best way to alleviate these stresses is to take it one step at a time and enjoy the process!

This the advice I'd have for anyone starting a fitness journey. First, understanding that health and fitness is essential for these times. The "Grind" has taken a toll on all of us and led us to self-neglect and toxic habits - I am no exception! Once you understand the importance, you can begin to take the small steps. Take a walk at lunchtime or after dinner, join an active group, or small bouts of bodyweight exercises. Again, not just "for the numbers" but for the love of the fitness journey!

"Full Pursuit" exemplifies how much more important health and mobility is than materialistic goals. We are all tempted to take an easy way to our goals. My purpose is to get you to enjoy the "Race" even if you feel like you are on a hamster wheel running in place!

So enough talking! Let's get it! I'll see you in Snellyville!
