Coach's Corner

This video is for all you athletes who play a sport where a "Killer First Step" is essential!

Start with a light resistance bands. Resistance increases should be gradual and over an extended time frame (i.e. 5lbs/month). "Playing Superman" can have you dealing with unnecessary strains, sprains, and tears! Play Smart!

 

 If you do not have an ankle band attachment, you can simply, and securely loop band and clip around ankle.
