Welp! It's about that time! Time to make all types of new promises to ourselves geared towards "Living Your Best Life," ..."New Year, New You," ... or a "Spiritual Awakening!" "So, what are your New Year's Resolutions Snellyville?! You already seem to be in great shape! You already go to the gym more than most!" Yes, that's correct, but there is always room for improvement. My main health resolutions are on the nutrition side. Drinking more water, consuming more fruits and vegetables, and cooking with, mostly, natural ingredients. It's kind of amazing how much less these concepts are pushed compared to "Just Take This Pill"... "Just 5 Mins with this Machine"... and "Take This Poke" mentality. Clearly, capitalistic forces have convinced you that THEY are needed for your improvement. Snellyville is here to tell ya different! With a little knowledge and some motivation, you can achieve your health goals with good mindset and a good produce section!

Another Snellyville resolution is the reason why you are reading this! I want to reach as many people as I can and give them tangible tools and solutions that will keep disease and sickness at bay. 2024 was another year of "Damn, They're gone before they could even see retirement!" All while Big Pharma and Health Equipment companies boast research breakthroughs and medical advancements. The math ain't "math-ing" in Snellyville! The Snellyville Fitness Platform will be more focused than ever in 2025 on producing more relatable and creative content; building a motivated clientele base; and a well-recognized brand! Lastly, Snellyville is forming a Mental health resolution for the ages! Not letting outside triggers disturb inner peace and balance. This will manifest itself in many ways! First and foremost, not inundating myself with corporate media news and social media. Ask yourself how much of what you are feeling, or even doing, has been influenced by the news or the need to project an image online. In 2025, it will be important to self-reflect on a daily basis. "Why did I make that decision?" "Why do I have these thoughts or feelings?" These questions are essential anchors that make you sit with your true self... Then comes the course correction!
